Provider and scope

NVORRA LLC provides an operations platform intended for United States businesses and their authorized users. Contact: 747 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, NY 11024, United States; support@nvorra.com.

Customers may use NVORRA to manage personal information about employees, customers, and other contacts.

NVORRA uses private-cloud hosting and backup services to operate the platform.

Information processed

Depending on the features used, platform information can include account and contact details, workspace membership and permissions, authentication and session records, company contacts, user and device records, licenses, projects, requests, workflows, attendance and leave records, documents and uploads, stored credentials, and activity history.

Connected services may provide additional records when configured and authorized, including Microsoft email, calendar, and Teams information. Information can be supplied by users, their organization, authorized integrations, and platform operations.

Purposes and responsibilities

The platform processes information to provide workspace functions, manage access, perform authorized actions, communicate with users, support the service, and protect service integrity.

Access and disclosures

Workspace administrators and authorized users can access records according to permissions and sharing settings. Customers control whom they invite and which information they enter or share.

Microsoft receives information needed for Microsoft integrations when used. Teams messages can create copies governed by the customer's Microsoft settings. Private-cloud hosting does not eliminate disclosures through integrations.

Known providers include Microsoft 365 for business email and Microsoft integrations, Axcient for cloud backups, Clover for payment processing, NYI for datacenter hosting, and ConnectWise RMM for monitoring and remote management.

For password safety checks, the application sends a short prefix of a password hash to Pwned Passwords and compares results locally. The request does not include the plaintext password or complete hash. Opening an address link in Google Maps sends the address query to Google.

Retention and deletion

Following the end of paid service, the workspace owner may request an export through support@nvorra.com within 30 days. Requests require verification and exports are delivered securely. Customer content is deleted from active systems within 60 days after service ends, except for records subject to applicable legal obligations or documented holds. Backup copies expire 90 days after creation, so residual copies may remain for up to 150 days after service ends. Integration disconnection alone does not start this process. Copies already delivered to Microsoft Teams are subject to Microsoft and customer retention settings.

Choices and privacy requests

Contact your workspace administrator about access and correction of customer-managed records. Contact support@nvorra.com for privacy questions or requests, identifying the workspace without supplying passwords or secret tokens. Identity and authority may need verification, and requests may require coordination with the customer.
