NVORRA

Teams Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026

Provider and scope

NVORRA is offered to US businesses.

NVORRA LLC provides the NVORRA app for Microsoft Teams. These terms cover the personal bot's account connection, notifications, attendance actions, and available approvals. Support is available at support@nvorra.com.

Eligibility and account connection

You need an authorized NVORRA workspace account, an eligible Microsoft Teams account, and any permissions required by your organization. Available functions depend on configuration and workspace permissions. Installing the app does not grant additional workspace access.

Generate a connection code in NVORRA Settings and send it only to the designated NVORRA bot in a personal Teams conversation. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Keep connection codes private and do not use another person's account or code. Microsoft Teams is a separate service subject to its applicable terms.

Notifications, attendance, and approvals

The app can deliver workspace notifications and process available clock-in, break, clock-out, leave approval, request approval, and workflow sign-off actions. An action can create or change real business records. Review the information before acting, check the result, and use your organization's correction process if needed.

Delivery depends on NVORRA, Microsoft Teams, network availability, and configuration. Messages can be delayed or fail to arrive, and retries can produce duplicates. Use the underlying NVORRA records to confirm work status. The bot is not an emergency notification service.

Your organization is responsible for its workplace instructions and employment, attendance, payroll, and approval decisions. The app does not provide legal advice or determine whether those decisions satisfy applicable obligations.

Authorized use and content

Use the app only for authorized purposes. Do not impersonate users, falsify records, bypass permissions, interfere with the service, or submit malicious or unlawful content. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unrelated confidential information to the bot.

You and your organization retain any rights you hold in submitted content. The integration processes and transmits content to provide its functions; use of the integration does not transfer ownership of that content to NVORRA LLC.

Privacy and Microsoft Teams copies

The NVORRA Teams App Privacy Policy describes integration data handling. Sending notifications and approval details to Teams creates copies outside the NVORRA workspace. Your organization's Microsoft settings apply to those copies. Later changes to workspace access or disconnection do not recall them.

Support and ending use

For assistance, contact your workspace administrator or support@nvorra.com. Do not include credentials or sensitive customer records in support requests.

You can disconnect the integration in NVORRA Settings. Removing the Teams app alone does not delete NVORRA records. Disconnection does not change your organization's requirements to record attendance or complete work through another approved method. Workspace administrators manage your workspace access.

Updates and contact

Updates will identify their effective date, with notice or agreement where required. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
